Acceptance
By signing, Extraspace (Tiergaul Limited) accepts the hire and billing platform build at €18,000 ex-VAT (€22,140 inc. VAT), the payment schedule above, Xero Ireland as ledger, delivery of full source code via GitHub, hosting under Extraspace control, supplier Refined Innovation Limited, and monthly infrastructure €350 plus support (Basic or Enhanced) from go-live. This is the written go-ahead for kickoff.
